  **Just a couple more serious issues; when my son was getting teeth abstracted I was not allowed in the room, after the procedure took longer and there happened to be "unexpected difficulties" my mommy instincts kicked in and I was refused being able to check on my son, after insisting repeatedly and starting to walk to the back I was stopped by the anxious assistant until the dentist okayed it. (Later my son was covered in tears, scared, saying he felt everything.) Today, we asked for the dentist to call in a prescription for pain med for my son after an abstraction, only to be told "he will not call in something that you can buy over the counter." ?! Seriously.. my insurance covers it for a reason. We are tight on money, so my son should be in pain? Let's not mention the unfriendly front end staff. Needless to say we've decided to continue care elsewhere.
